Project: Epstein-Barr Associated Gastric Cancer

The aim of the project is to characterize a subtype of Gastric Cancer that is the "Epstein-Barr Virus Associated Gastric Cancer" (EBVaGC) in Portugal and to investigate unique molecular features of this cancer with particular interest in viral features and cell cycle deregulation.
